The Executions were from the Mahone Bay and Lunenburg area of Nova Scotia. Gary Hiltz and Gregory Lantz formed the band in 1964. They played the local area covering songs by The Ventures as well as rock and Motown tunes. The band lasted until 1966 and members went on to play in other bands.
