Based in New Waterford, band recorded self-titled LP at Audio Atlantic in Halifax when members ranged in age from 13-18 years. Members included two sets of brothers (MacKinnons were twins!). Funk-rock album relied heavily on the sound of the MacDonald brothers on organ and sax and lyrics covered the gamut from morbid ("Death Chant" and "Mad Mortician") to Christian-rock ("Praise"). All tracks were penned by band members except for "Joni Agustine" by Neil Chambers. |
